These terms govern your use of Impact, a market-data and analytics service provided by Dostum Amigo SL (CIF B76188499), registered at Plaza de la Constitución 4, 3B, 35500 Arrecife, Spain ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. What Impact is

Impact provides historical market data and analytics relating to scheduled economic releases: measured price movement across financial instruments, observed bid/ask spread data, and the published forecast, actual, prior and revision figures for each release.

3. Accounts

• A subscription licenses one named individual. Accounts must not be shared, resold or accessed by more than one person.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

• New customers may take a 7-day free trial. The trial costs nothing.
• After the trial, the subscription is USD 249 per user per month, billed monthly in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle issues your invoice, appears on your statement, and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. Changes never apply to a period already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment — see the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the service;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish our data, in whole or in substantial part;
• share your account or allow access by anyone else;
• attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or security measures;
• use the service unlawfully, or in a way that damages or overloads it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this clause, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its content, compiled datasets, analytics and presentation remain our property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own internal purposes for as long as it is active. You may use limited extracts internally; you may not publish or redistribute them.

8. Data accuracy and availability

We take care over data quality, but the service is provided "as is". Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, gaps or delays, and historical data may be revised. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure is accurate or complete.

Impact is a post-event analysis tool, not a real-time feed. Data for a release typically becomes available around ten minutes after the release time.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which are not affected.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time. Clauses which by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Impact after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Arrecife, Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, and nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
