Multiple seats?

Impact is licensed per user. If you need several seats for a desk or team, or you need to be invoiced rather than pay by card, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

Billing questions

What does the free account include?

Today's calendar and the instruments reacting to it, with no card and no time limit. Past releases, the instrument detail and price alerts are part of the paid plan above.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time from your account, or through the contact form. Cancelling stops any further invoice; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Who handles payment?

Dostum Amigo SL bills you directly. We issue an invoice each month, payable by bank transfer within 14 days, and the price shown includes VAT or sales tax where it applies. We do not take card payments and never see your card details.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. A compliant invoice is issued for every payment, and you can add your business details and VAT number at checkout.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per user. Accounts are for one named individual and shouldn't be shared — see the Terms & Conditions.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — a full 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Details are in the Refund Policy.
