Impact is licensed per user. If you need several seats for a desk or team, or you need to be invoiced rather than pay by card, get in touch and we'll sort it out.

What happens during the 7-day trial?
You get full access to everything listed above. The trial is free.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing impact@dostumamigo.com. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Who handles payment?
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle will appear on your card statement and will issue your invoice and handle any applicable sales tax or VAT.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A compliant invoice is issued for every payment, and you can add your business details and VAT number at checkout.
Is the price per user or per company?
Per user. Accounts are for one named individual and shouldn't be shared — see the Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
