30-day money-back guarantee. If Impact isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No conditions, no explanation required.
Try before you pay
Every new customer gets a 7-day free trial with full access. Nothing is charged during the trial, so in most cases you'll know whether Impact is useful before any money changes hands.
The guarantee
- Applies to your first payment for an Impact subscription.
- Request it within 30 calendar days of that payment.
- You get a full refund of that payment.
- You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email impact@dostumamigo.com from the address on your account, or use our contact page. Tell us you'd like a refund — that's all we need.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within one business day and to process them within five business days. The money is returned to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
Subsequent payments
After the first 30 days, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. You can cancel at any time — cancelling stops all future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If something goes wrong — a duplicate charge, a billing error, a prolonged outage, or a cancellation that didn't take effect — tell us. We will put it right, and we would rather resolve it directly than have you raise a chargeback.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account at any time, or email impact@dostumamigo.com. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Who processes the refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for all Impact purchases. Refunds are issued through Paddle and will be returned to the payment method used. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. EU and UK consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts; our 30-day guarantee is more generous, and we will always apply whichever is better for you. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
