Who we are

Impact is a market-data service. We hold very little personal data — essentially enough to give you an account, take payment and provide support.
What we collect

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record — your card data goes to Paddle, never to us. We receive only the subscription status and the information needed to issue and support your account.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not know or record anything about your trading, positions or brokerage accounts. Impact holds no link to any trading account you may have.

International transfers
Our infrastructure is located in the UK and the EU. Where a processor transfers data outside the EEA, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account is open, then up to 12 months after closure.
- Billing records — as required by Spanish tax law, generally 6 years.
- Diagnostic and security logs — typically 90 days.
- Support correspondence — up to 24 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
Email impact@dostumamigo.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or to the authority where you live.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure — these cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent, and you can change your mind at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
Access is over HTTPS, authentication is handled by a specialist provider, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be notified by email.
